Bright, light gold colour with fine and dynamic bubbles. A beautiful mousse, persistent and generous.
On the nose it is open and fruity with notes of white currant, fresh quince and citrus. The passage in wood (20% of the volume of the blend) brings honeyed and toasted aromas to a slightly vanilla finish.
In the mouth the palate is fruity and fresh, with a lovely mineral texture reminiscent of chalk. The finish is long and persistent with subtle hints of pepper and spice.

An ambitious blend built around the great Pinot Noir terroirs of Ay and Mareuil-sur-Ay, the Cuvée Blanc de Noirs Brut is a wine made only in great vintage is the fruit of a meticulous selection of the best wines of the year. With a powerful colour the cuvée is nevertheless full of elegance and freshness. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to a full meal.

First pressing exclusively from Premiers and Grands Crus. 100% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and our vineyards of Mareuil-sur-Ay, Ay and Avenay Val d’Or.
Traditional vinification, avoiding any premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation for wines in vats, vinification without malolactic fermentation for wines matured in wood. Extra-brut dosage (4.25 g/l) to maintain the balance between freshness and alcohol and not to mask the character and purity of the wine.
Ageing for at least five to seven years to obtain the greatest complexity from the wine and to bring out the secondary and tertiary aromas, marks of prolonged ageing on the lees.
