A Champagne of great character. The Meunier is fully expressed, supported by an intriguing and elegant saline minerality.

Nicolas Maillart

Our family association with viticulture can be traced back to 1753, when our ancestors grew vines in the nearby village of Chamery; although there is one document that suggests the tradition goes back even further, referring to a ‘vineyard measure’ in 1533 that was mapped by Pierre Maillart, a sworn surveyor working in Chamery for the abbey of Saint Nicaise.
