The Meunier Millésime 2016 cuvée is made from 100% Meunier grapes from Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes, terroirs recognised for the richness and character of their Meunier grapes. 2016 is a special year. After a mild winter and a wet, cool spring, there was nothing to predict a new harvest. However, from mid-July, the weather was great until autumn. The harvest began on 14 September with ripe, concentrated Meunier grapes of great quality, just like our other two varieties. This base wine is made from our best plots of land, the juices of which were selected at the time of pressing to preserve only the best. best. This vintage of great purity represents the quintessence of the Meunier grape variety from the 2016 vintage.
