Right of Return – Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely! You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, provided that the products are in perfect condition. No questions asked.

Your right of withdrawal will be considered valid if the communication is sent within 14 days from the date you received the order.
In case of withdrawal, the customer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Will I be refunded if I return a product?
Yes! Once we have received the returned product(s), as outlined above, our customer support team will contact you to arrange the refund via the most convenient method: credit card or bank transfer.
Of course! We accept returns for every item sold up to 15 calendar days after delivery, as long as every product is in the same condition as it was delivered to you. No questions asked!
