Citrus open yellow color. Citrus fruit, delicate mineral trace, elegant, creased and fresh profile in aroma. Palate with sharp acidity, dry, some lemonade, fresh fruit, with prolonged end of mouth.
This wine comes from vineyards with an age of 34 and 64 years, planted in 12 hectares of granitic soil. The driving system is upward vertical monoplane and the production per hectare was 5,3 tons / ha. The climate of the region is Mediterranean. The harvest was manual with selection of the best grapes. Light filtration.
