Manual harvesting by grape varieties and by plots for 18KG boxes. Grape selection table. Direct berry pressing for freshness/acidity and elegance. Cold maceration and fermentation at 18º degrees in vats. Indigenous yeasts were used to preserve the aromas and flavors of the grapes and the terroir of the Douro. Stage on thin lees (sur Lies) for 6 months.
