Quinta dos Castelares

Quinta dos Castelares Vinhas a Norte is born in the heart of the International Douro Natural Park, in the most continental point of the Douro Demarcated Region. The highest altitude vineyards in the Douro Demarcated Region, combined with the greatest thermal amplitudes, are the cradle of our grapes, which come from our vineyards that are exclusively north-facing. Manual harvest. Soft pressing of the whole bunches. Fermentation with temperature control at 16ºC.
