Quinta dos Castelares

The White Wine Quinta dos Castelares Moscatel Galego is born from old vines in the heart of the Douro Superior.
To create this wine, we harvest the Moscatel Galego white grapes at an average altitude of 600 meters.
Vinification: Manual harvest. Gentle pressing of whole clusters. Fermentation at controlled temperature at 16°C. Part of it was fermented in French oak barrels with “bâtonnage sur lies”. Ageing in stainless steel until bottling.
This wine is elegant and fruity; the perfect combination with grilled fish.
