White wine from old vines in Freixo de Espada à Cinta, the birthplace of the Códega do Larinho grape variety.
Manual harvesting. Soft pressing of the whole bunches. Fermentation with temperature control at 16oc. Part of it was fermented in French oak barrels with “bâttonage sur lies”.
Contains sulphites.
