Quinta do Paral
Viticulture has been an integral part of the identity of the Ribatejo region since the early days of Portugal’s formation, with the grape harvest being one of the dearest celebrations to the people of the fertile banks of the Tagus River. And it is from 1.5 hectares of vineyards cultivated in Almeirim, on alluvial soil, sandy with rounded pebbles, that this Gutta Supera is born. After the manual harvesting and selection of whole clusters, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, with fermentation taking place at a controlled temperature (12º-16º) in stainless steel tanks.
