Quinta do Lagar Novo
Total destemming, cold decantation in 48h. Soft pressing. Fermented with indigenous yeasts (from our vineyard) in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 13-15ºC. At the end of fermentation, it went into French oak barrels (used), where it aged for 8 months.
