Quinta de Santa Teresa
Reception of the grapes at the winery in boxes of 24kgs. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and soft pneumatic pressing. The must is fermented in French oak barrels and aged in them for about 12 months. Stabilisation and bottling. It is a wine suitable for Vegan consumers, as all winemaking was conducted without the addition of any animal additives or any other additives other than a small dose of sulphites. Bottled in August 2021.
