The Chocapalha Arinto white wine reflects the passion for the unique terroir of Quinta and the meticulous work carried out in the fields and cellar by three intersecting generations, in a project that values what is genuine, respects tradition, our culture, and identity, while embracing modernity. This combination results in fresh, balanced, and elegant wines with excellent aging potential.

Vineyard: 31 years old, in bilateral cordon. Vinification: Fermentation took place for 20 days in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, and the wine remained in contact with the fine lees for 9 months before being bottled.

Quinta de Chocapalha

Chocapalha is almost like a person, we have a very close and intense relationship. It all started in 1987 when Alice and Paulo were looking for a property that would become their Family Project and where they could make great quality wine. At Quinta da Chocapalha, every member of the family is part of creating the spirit of this project. Alice and Paulo Tavares da Silva found the estate to carry out their family dream. There was so much to be done, but they quickly took on the necessary work to make Quinta da Chocapalha what it is today.
