Bright and intense color. Very fresh aroma with citric, floral and tropical notes. In the mouth, it is an extremely fresh wine, with good acidity, elegant and persistent finish.
This wine comes from vineyards with 27 years old, planted in clay-limestone soils and with South-North exposure. Harvesting was carried out for 26 days in stainless steel vats and the wine remained in contact with the fine sludge for 5 months with battonage.

Chocapalha is almost like a person, we have a very close and intense relationship. It all started in 1987 when Alice and Paulo were looking for a property that would become their Family Project and where they could make great quality wine. At Quinta da Chocapalha, every member of the family is part of creating the spirit of this project. Alice and Paulo Tavares da Silva found the estate to carry out their family dream. There was so much to be done, but they quickly took on the necessary work to make Quinta da Chocapalha what it is today.
