Winemaking Technologies: This wine results from a rigorous selection of the best grapes and is the fruit of a perfect harmony between new techniques and tradition. The harvest is manual and carried out in small crates. Vinification is carried out by the method of pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months, in the presence of fine lees. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by cold action.
