Winemaking: Manual harvest on August 31, 2022, carried out in 20 kg crates. Manual selection on a sorting table. Direct and gentle pressing. Slow fermentation at low temperature, 14°C. Bottled on September 24, 2023. Released in April 2024.
A wine that pairs well with gravlax salmon, seafood, and fresh sea fish.
