Clear, bright, with a citrine color and greenish nuances. Fresh garden aromas, with orange blossom and jasmine flowers. White and tropical fruits. In the glass, there is an increase in the intensity of fruit aromas, overlapping with floral aromas. Elegant and balanced. In the mouth, it presents itself with good volume, balanced acidity with subtle and present fruit notes. It is a blend of indigenous grape varieties from the Douro Demarcated Region that give it delicate acidity and mouth structure.
Winemaking: Manual harvest on August 31, 2022, carried out in 20 kg crates. Manual selection on a sorting table. Direct and gentle pressing. Slow fermentation at low temperature, 14°C. Bottled on September 24, 2023. Released in April 2024.
A wine that pairs well with gravlax salmon, seafood, and fresh sea fish.
