Vinification: Total destemming, light pressing, and static cold settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aging for 8 months in French oak barrels.

It pairs excellently with baked fish dishes, fish stews, and buttery cheeses. Ready to be consumed, however, it can evolve for about 10 years in the bottle.

Positive Wine

Positive Wine manages two wineries in the Bairrada region: “Adega Original” and “Adega Quatro Cravos”.

The vineyards are planted in different types of soils, comprising clay, clay and limestone marl and sandy of varied grain with a greater or lesser presence of clay.

The characteristics of the soils in the regions where the wineries are located give rise to differentiated wines, with balance and aromatic sophistication in the interior and lightness and vigour in coastal areas.

The brands are presented in the market with the seal “By Positivewine” as a commitment to guarantee quality and to assume the institutional responsibility of the company with its products.
