Total destemming, skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC. Maturation: 100% of the wine fermented in French oak barrels. 12 months in barrel and 6 months of minimum aging after bottling.
Ideal for white meat meals, grilled fish, structured salads, and cold appetizers.
