Strong straw colour. Nuances of white pulp jelly, exotic fruits. Intense notes of oats, vanilla, toasted cereal and soft caramel. Complex with an extraordinary, unctuous and long-lasting mouth volume.
Total disengagement, natural static defecation. 50% of the blend fermented in new French toast oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel. 12 months in barrels and 6 months minimum ageing after bottling.

Adega de Cantanhede
Founded in 1954 by a group of 100 winegrowers, Adega de Cantanhede today has 500 active winegrowers and an annual production of 6 to 7 million kilos of grapes. It is the main producer in the Bairrada Demarcated Region, representing about 40% of the region’s overall production. Today it certifies around 80% of its production, being the leader in sales of Bairrada DOC and Beira Atlântico IGP wines.
