LuÃs Pato Old Vines Branco is a wine from Bairrada region, with aromas of black plum, pine, resin and dark chocolate. It is a blend wine of three Bairrada grape varieties: Bical, Cercial and Sercialinho. This wine represents the typical character of a Bairrada white wine. Aged for 4 months, it has aromas of pear syrup, white flowers, apples and toasted almonds.
This wine is a blend of 3 grape varieties – Bical (50%) on clay-limestone soil, Cercial (25%) and Sercialinho (25%), on sandy soils.
4 months ageing in stainless steel with temperature control (2 weeks).
Contains sulphites.
