Golden colour. Fruity aroma that suggests peach and lime well integrated with vanilla notes from the wood where it fermented. Rich in fruit flavour, fine, mineral and with a good volume in the mouth.
Manual selection on the sorting table, thermal shock on reception of the grapes to 10ºC. Cold decantation for 2 days inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Contains sulphites.
