Bright citrine yellow in colour, with a young, intense aroma of tropical fruit and the slightly vegetal notes typical of the grape variety, reminiscent of asparagus and grass. Fresh, tasty and intense on the palate.

Encosta do Sobral

Vinification
Grapes were harvested at the end of August and gently pressed. The must was decanted for 2 days, fermented at low temperature to preserve all the aromatic intensity and aged on its lees in stainless steel vats for 7 months until bottling.
