This is a dry and complex wine, with smooth yet very present fruit, deepened by the vanilla notes from the oak aging. The finish is dry, velvety, and particularly persistent.
Dalva Reserva Douro was carefully produced with selected grapes. Fermentation and aging for ten months in 300-liter Hungarian oak barrels, at low temperatures.
It can be served as an aperitif or paired with rich fish or white meat dishes.
Contains sulphites.
