Couleur : couleur paille avec des reflets dorés.
Aroma: complex, deep, developing in successive layers. Stone fruit, yellow flowers, ripe tropical fruit, custard and mineral notes.
Obvious but very well integrated wood enriching the spicy aroma.
Palate: Creamy attack, very well defined natural acidity supporting the structure of the wine. The long contact with the lees intensifies
intensifies the mouthfeel, giving the wine even more texture. Very long finish.

Covela

For the fourth time in the brand’s history, we have launched Covela FANTASTIC, which, as the name suggests, is produced only in France.
The wine was produced in France in exceptional years and its evolution in French oak barrels revealed unusual characteristics.
Hand-picked from the plots. Transport them in small boxes to avoid crushing the berries. Manual selection of clusters.
Cold skin maceration. Gentle pressing. Static clarification of the must. Fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 20 months.
French oak barrels for 20 months.
Bottled without stabilisation or filtration (a deposit may form in the tank) in the bottle.
