Wine is clean and has a greenish yellow color. Aroma of pineapple, melon and white pepper. In the mouth, we feel the acidity very present. As a perfect match, I recommend grilled fish.

Casa das Gaeiras, located in Obidos and founded in the 18th century, early was considered as a quality wine icon from the region of Lisbon. This was the first producer of this region selling bottled quality wines. The prestigious awards collected throughout the years confirm the quality of its wines. The grapes were picked in the cool hours of the morning to enhance freshness and primary aromas. The fruit was destemmed and gently pressed. The must was clarified then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation occurred at low temperatures.
