The grapes were harvested at the end of September.
The grapes were carefully selected and transported in 20 kg crates. Half of the Verdelho was vinified by foot crushing with cold maceration for 3 days, and the remaining 50% was vinified with whole grapes in a press. The Cercial was vinified in an open spout and both were fermented at a controlled temperature of 10°C to 15°C. In October 2020, 3811 units were bottled.
50% of the Verdelho was aged for 1 year in new and used French oak barrels; the rest in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
