Antão Vaz da Peceguina 2016 is a white wine that reveals the variety in a version with good exuberance, ripe fruit very present where freshness is a constant with tropical notes and orange peel, all well outlined. Fills opalate with flavor, structured with fruit making a good presence in a wide profile and with a dry and prolonged finish.
The grapes were grown in our vineyards and harvested by hand, transported in small 12 kg boxes to the winery and sorted before being destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation took place in French oak for 19 days at controlled temperatures.
