Greenish yellow, clear and brilliant. Expressive nose suggesting exotic fruits, passion fruit and lime, as well as fresh vegetables, cucumber and pepper. The palate is light, tasty and well-balanced between fruit, vegetables and the freshness of surprising acidity.

Vinification
After hand-picking, the grapes were quickly transported to the winery where they were de-stemmed and gently pressed. The cold-clarified must fermented slowly for around 2 weeks in temperature-controlled (14ºC / 16ºC) stainless steel vats.
