Muros Antigos
Receipt of whole grapes in 20kgs boxes. Whole grapes are taken to the vertical presses without originating. The must was decanted for 48 hours at 12°C and then discharged in containers into small stainless steel tanks where fermented at constant temperature for 15 days. Cold stabilization before bottling. Aged for 4 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks at periodic intervals on its lees in stainless steel tanks at periodic intervals.
