After soil, climate is the most important factor for wine quality. The “Original” brand combines these elements to create original wines that express the complexity, concentration, and elegance of wines from the Bairrada region.
Vinification: First must resulting from a light pressing. Decanting and cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Second fermentation occurs in the bottle for 24 months using the classic method, with manual riddling and disgorgement by cold action.
Its structure and complexity are ideal for pairing with sushi, smoked salmon, slightly salty fish roe, oysters, and grilled fish.
