Aromas of wild flowers and woodland fruits.
Elegant and balanced, in the mouth is harmonious and with good volume. Acidity with touches of fruit that are perceived, in a subtle and present way. It is a monovarietal from high vineyards, between 450 and 650 metres
altitude, which gives it a balanced acidity in the mouth.
To produce Quinta Alta Qualt Rosé, we made the manual harvest on September 14, 2020, carried out in 20 kg boxes. Manual selection on a selection table. Direct and gentle pressing. Slow fermentation at low temperature, 14 C. Bottled on 10 February 2021.
