Pale pink wine with a seductive and fresh aroma, highlighting the red fruits like strawberry, cherry and pomegranate. In the mouth, it features a smooth and elegant entry with a fruity center of mouth that gradually gains expression and becomes constant Fresh and intense finish.
Vinification: Early harvest of grapes located in the coolest places of the Quinta. Grapes were cut by hand for 20 kg boxes for proper grape selection. After destemming and slightly crushing, the grapes were pressed to allow the choice of color of this rosé. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in an open spout at a controlled temperature for 17 days.
