An exquisite rosé, where the fruit, in light hues of salmon, seems very fresh and outlined, accompanied by a delicate floral aroma with the subtle presence of the stage in French oak barrels. In the mouth it shows with excellent acidity, a fresh, elegant and sophisticated set.
The harvest was carried out manually in 12 kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes immediately went to the winery, where there was a rigorous sorting. They were then selected, removed and pressed gently. Fermentation was carried out under controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
