Pomegranate green rosé color. Intense and captivating nose, with a lot of aromatic complexity, strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry, cinnamon... On the palate, it presents with dominant fresh fruit, ample volume, and very balanced acidity, without excess. Finishes delicious, full, and enveloping, with a lot of personality.
Soft crushing of the grapes and vinification follows the traditional method of house wines fermentation takes place slowly, without grape skins, in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature of 16ºC. After the wine is glued, it is stabilized by the cold, after which the wines are filtered and bottled.
