Intense aroma, showing its fruity, floral, spicy side and a slight minty note that contributes to its aromatic lightness.
In the mouth it is very elegant, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and solid structure, composed of fine-textured fresh tannins. A captivating wine that ends in perfect balance, with pleasant sensations of freshness and very persistent.
Total destemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily pumping over. Post-fermentative maceration. Aged in oak barrels for 14 months. Unfiltered and not stabilised by cold. May create deposit.

Valle Pradinhos is an historic, family-owned 350 hectare estate established in 1913.The wines are a blend of native grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Malvasia Fina, and renowned international grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Riesling.
Maria Antónia Pinto de Azevedo Mascarenhas is the current owner of Casal de Vale Pradinhos. Since she took over the management of the property in 1994, she has implemented her vision of winemaking in the style of the wines that are produced here. Her daughter Maria will be the 4th generation of women directly involved in the management of this estate.
The estate’s “old world” terroir and passionate wine making team combine perfectly to deliver premium world-class Portuguese wine.
