Rugby colour with an intense tonality, aromas of forest berries, fresh mint notes well present and some nuances of dried gunpowder. In the mouth it shows fresh and intense, with balanced acidity and well-balanced and elegant tannins , medium persistence finish.
Night harvest in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature with subsequent pressing in a pneumatic press.
