Quinta Vale D. Maria
Grapes picked by hand, selected on the mat and destemmed before entering the granite presses. After being crushed, they ferment for 7 to 10 days in the lagares or in stainless steel vats. The wines are then racked off to new 225 litre French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. It ages for 21 months in the same barrels.
