A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as a freshness given by wild aromas.
In the mouth it shows good acidity, with tannins well present but ripe, polished and well harmonized with the toast provided by the stage in wood. It ends long and with a slight and seductive bitterness.
A red that you can enjoy young with your favourite meat or cheese, but that with some years in bottle will evolve to an unequalled level of perfection.
Maceration in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24-26ºC.
Aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels.
