After manual selection of whole bunches, the destemmed grapes ferment in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures (24-28ºC), followed by malolactic fermentation.
Bottled in May 2024.
Intense and elegant, this red wine pairs perfectly with cheeses, grilled meats, or oven-baked cod.
