Harvest:
The harvest is carried out manually during the month of August to ensure the quality and integrity of the grapes.
Winemaking:
After careful selection of the Syrah grapes, winemaking is done in lagares, with a cold pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is bottled in the year following its production, which enhances the exuberance and strength of its youthful profile.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
This wine pairs well with meat dishes, such as duck rice, appetizers, or vegetarian dishes with mushrooms. It should be consumed at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC to bring out its best qualities.
