Quinta da Garrida
The Touriga Nacionaland Tinta Roriz vineyards used for the production of Quinta da Garrida Reserva Tinto 2015 presented a balance of production which allowed the production of a wine with good colour and aromatic complexity and with great elegance which makes it, like most of the wines from this harvest, very gastronomic. The grapes from Quinta da Garrida are harvested by machine and undergo a cold fermentation maceration (8ºC) for 5 days, with alcoholic fermentation after 10 to 12 days (30ºC). The final maceration lasts four days. 100% of the wine has malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
