Quinta Alta
To produce Quinta Alta Qualt Reserva, we did the manual harvest, carried out in boxes of up to 20 kg, manual selection on a mat. After destemming, it goes straight to the wine press, with controlled temperature for maceration with pre-fermentative foot treading also with controlled temperature.
70% of the wine is aged for 15 months in French medium toast oak barrels.
100% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
