Olho de Mocho
Vinification after passing through the cold room, the grapes were carefully selected on a vibrating belt, followed by a complete de-stemming and a very slight crushing of the berries. Fermentation of the grape varieties took place separately in a French oak vat under a press at controlled temperatures for a period of 11 days. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
