Dark and dense red colour. Nose of great elegance and balance between notes of berries, plums and figs and notes of ageing in wood. In the tasting it presents a unique texture and richness. Velvety texture and table-orientated, this wine was conceived to elevate the tasting experience and to explore the senses with all kinds of gastronomy and occasions.
SOIL TYPE Clay-limestone, with a rocky influence of granite and schist. VITICULTURE Grapes harvested manually and stored in cold storage until vinification. VINIFICATION – Zoning of specific areas of each grape variety that expressed in the varietal aromatic intensity. – Pre-fermentative cold maceration at low temperatures for 2 days and individual fermentation of the grape varieties in small volume vats. – 20% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels.
