With a violet red colour, it shows smoky aromas, some fruit, rock-rose, spices and caramel. Full-bodied, complex with hints of black fruit. Firm structure and a fresh and persistent aftertaste.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly into the vat, 5 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation starts at 12ºC and finishes at 32º, Malolactic fermentation in French oak.12 months in 2,3 and 4 year French oak barrels.
Contains sulphites.
