Marquês de Marialva
This red wine from the Bairrada region carries the D.O.C. classification and is made predominantly from the Baga grape variety, under the direction of winemaker Osvaldo Amado. The winemaking process includes crushing with total destemming, gentle skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. It then matures for 12 months in soft-toasted French oak barrels, giving it a longevity of 7 to 10 years. This wine is the perfect companion for grilled red meats, stews, game dishes and mature cheeses.
