O Produtor, tasting note published in May 27th 2019
Intense garnet colour and pleasant nose dominated by aromas of red and black fruits mixed with delicate toasted and spicy notes, in the mouth it is a full-bodied wine with a pleasant structure, the tannins reveal firmness due mainly to its youth, on the palate it shows a wine full of ripe fruit, besides brief barrel notes and the end of the mouth ends in a relatively long and persistent way.
The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected by hand on the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble mills for 4 to 5 days and then transferred to stainless steel vats where the alcoholic fermentation is finished. 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Limited to existing stock. In case the wine you bought is out of stock, we will contact you to propose a different wine, or to return the amount paid.
