Deep ruby coloured wine, intense aroma, fresh super complex somewhat closed, red fruit notes, light jam, fine spice. Incredible cut in mouth, polished, salty, vibrant.

Maria Izabel

The harvest took place in mid-September. The grapes harvested were selected from the vineyard and then introduced into the vats with 40% destemming and 60% whole bunch, allowing to extract more gently the compounds of color and aromas during 2 weeks of alcoholic fermentation totally in stainless steel vats, having completed the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. After 12 months in a French oak vat preceded by more than 40 years of Cognac.
