Eloquent in the aromatic expression, it immediately shows suggestions of white and yellow fruit and mineral notes. It reveals a good mouth volume and assertive acidity, making it an elegant wine for any occasion. Long, exuberant and seductive finish.
An aromatic wine that sees part of its grapes pressed with the whole bunches, the rest suffering a total destemming. Its fermentation process takes place over a period of 30 days in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperatures between 12°-14°C.
