Ruby red wine and aroma of great exuberance and aromatic diversity. At first sensation leads us to a freshness given by the menthol side. In a second sensation the notes of ripe fruit prevail given by blackberry and black plum and to finalize we have the notes of spices given by the stage in French oak barrels. With a soft and voluminous entry, an intense wine with a silky structure and tannin is evident in the mouth, at the end of the mouth we can feel its stage with the notes of toast present.

Quinta do Pôpa

The ex-libris of Quinta do Pôpa, the largest of the tributes. With a longer stage profile in barrel and bottle. Vinified in mill, presenting a good structure and complexity. Huge guarding potential. Winemaking: After a careful selection in the vineyard and wine cellar, the fermentation of the different grape varieties took place separately and in stainless steel mills where the grapes were gently stepped on foot. The wine passed directly into French oak barrels, of which 40% were new and 60% were aged 20 and 30, where they staged for 9 months.
